Deep-Blue Breakfast Bowl - Antioxidant-rich, galaxy-inspired (Raw Seamoss)

You’ll need (1 hearty bowl)

  • 1 Tbsp soaked, rinsed raw seamoss (blended with 2 Tbsp water to form a paste)
  • ¾ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp “forest elder berries” syrup or dried berries
  • 2 Tbsp granola

Quick steps

  1. Fold seamoss paste into yoghurt.
  2. Swirl through berries and syrup for a space-galaxy look.
  3. Top with granola crunch.
