How does shipping work in Australia?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–2 business days. Dry goods ship at ambient temperature nationwide for a flat $9 (2–10 business days). Sea moss gels ship Express for a flat $13 (1–3 business days).
Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently fulfil Australian orders only. International interest: email support@seamossvibes.com.au.
How do I place an order online?
Shop at seamossvibes.com.au: select gels, capsules, or gummies and checkout securely. We accept cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BNPL where available.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–2 business days. Gel orders ship Express (1–3 business days); standard delivery for dry goods is 2–10 business days. Delivery estimates can vary by location and carrier conditions.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Read the current returns and refunds policy before ordering. If an order arrives damaged or delayed, contact support@seamossvibes.com.au with your order details so the team can assess the issue under that policy.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Recurring subscriptions are not currently offered. All current purchases are one-time orders while recurring billing and account management are not available.
What is chilled shipping and why does it matter?
Gel orders are shipped with chilled handling and should be refrigerated on arrival. Dry goods ship at ambient temperature. Read the shipping policy for dispatch timing, estimates, and exclusions.
What if I have a concern about my order?
Returns, refunds, and damaged-order enquiries are handled under the published returns and refunds policy. Contact support with your order details if you need help.
Is sea moss lab tested for heavy metals?
Quality documentation is limited to the reports currently published on the quality information page. Read the report scope and limitations at /pages/quality-testing; do not assume it applies to every product or batch.
How much does shipping cost for sea moss orders?
Shipping is a flat rate based on what's in your order. Gummies and capsules ship for $9. Sea moss gels always ship Express for $13 to protect the cold chain.
